The casting plate is better corrosion-resistant than steel. The corrosion resistance is further increased by chromium plating. It is a material with good thermal conductivity and has a good stiffness due to its brittleness.

The galvanizing of the hollow screw also offers a high corrosion protection.
Our solid levelling mounts or levelling foot with chrome-plated cast plate find their application with high dynamic stresses.

The maintenance-free levelling mount JCMHD 130C-ST-HSD145 with high accuracy is infinitely variable over the fine thread and can be tilted to a certain degree, which simplifies precise assembly and alignment.

The inclination angle of approx. 7.5° in each direction, which can be adjusted via the ball-bearing hollow screw, guarantees a stable and accurate alignment of the machine.
